Laboratory of Geometric Measurement carry out:
- Calibration of dimensional measurements;
- Verification of:
- Length measuring instruments for textilies, bands, cables and other materials;
- Area measuring instruments for leather;
- Material measures of length as dip tapes and flexible steel tapes with a sinker;
- Rules; Tape measures;
- Focimeters;
- Taximeters.
On 11 February 2002 the laboratory has obtained accreditation from UKAS (accreditation number 0696), on 01 March 2002 from LATAK (accreditation number K- 207). Summary of Accreditation – dimensional: length, angle, form, measuring instruments.
